Ilaria is a seasoned executive with 15 years of global experience in strategic operations, innovation, and technology enablement across supply chain, logistics, and automation sectors. She has held senior leadership roles at Radial Inc., Locus Robotics, and DHL Supply Chain, where she led cross-functional teams, managed large-scale engineering portfolios, and drove the adoption of robotics, AI, and automation technologies. Ilaria also brings academic and entrepreneurial depth, currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Miami, teaching business technology and innovation, and holding a MicroMasters in Supply Chain Management from MIT. Her background includes building high-performing teams, executing strategic roadmaps, and partnering with stakeholders across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to deliver scalable, data-driven solutions. She is fluent in multiple languages and passionate about leveraging technology to drive partner success and business growth.

Sarah is a digital innovation and strategy expert with over 15 years of international experience in Europe and Latin America across venture capital, startups, scale-ups, Fortune 500 companies, and public institutions. She has held roles at United Ventures (Venture Capital), Rocket Internet and McKinsey & Company, where she led digital transformation and agile programs for major clients. Her expertise spans product strategy, business model innovation, and organizational change, with a focus on delivering impactful, tech-enabled solutions. Currently, she works within Italy’s Digital Transformation Department of the Italian Presidency of the Council of Ministers, where she leads national initiatives to support tech startups and the development of smart mobility solutions under the Mobility as a Service (MaaS) program. She holds a degree in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. Sarah is fluent in multiple languages such as Italian. English and Spanish.
